The Chamber Provider Network (CPN) is a division of Doncaster Chamber of Commerce (DCC) and provides a brokerage service to Employers and Training Providers.  DCC and CPN undertake to provide an effective means of communication between Employers and Training Providers.

Employers are responsible for their own due diligence with regard to the quality of training to be supplied, ability to deliver and compliance with appropriate government regulations, Professional Indemnity and Employers and Public Liability insurance.

DCC and CPN make no undertaking to Training Providers with regard to the volume of business arising from the CPN website.  Training Providers are responsible for ensuring the information on the website is up to date and accurate and must inform CPN of any changes required on a timely basis.

By registering with and using the CPN service, Training Providers and Employers agree to the following terms and conditions: -

Any contracts for the supply of training arising as a result of this service are strictly between the Employer and the Provider.  Employers and Training Providers are responsible for all offers, representations, obligations undertaken verbally or in writing.

DCC and CPN to the extent permitted by law will not be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person arising from the organisation of delivery.  Subsequent related event or default by any party.

Consequential loss shall be deemed to include, but is not limited to, any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business, damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third party or any other indirect or consequential loss.

DCC and CPN do not act as agents for either Training Provider or Employer and exclude liability in its entirety.
